HM2 has been chosen as the winning proposal in the challenge launched by eCitySevilla for the development of a pilot project for secure bicycle parking. Of the five proposals submitted, only three made it to the pre-selection phase, where they were able to present their projects in an online event held on 13 July.

After the evaluation of these three proposals, the jury considered that all of them responded to the proposed challenge, with the competition between the three of them being very high. Finally, HM2’s proposal, by companies Mimoto Parking and Wise Build, has been chosen as the winner of this challenge that seeks to implement a safe bike parking in the PCT Cartuja, within the ambitious objectives of this initiative that is eCitySevilla and that seeks to turn the Park into a reference model of city in open, digital, decarbonised and sustainable ecosystem in 2025, anticipating in twenty-five years the energy and climate objectives established for 2050.

The steps to be taken to establish, among other aspects, the location of the car park, the design requirements and the development of the proposal will soon be defined.
